The Wedding Announcement

I remember a time when I was younger when this boy meant something to me. I also see a future where a man will be my husband. It hurts me to say neither of those men where or are you. Both should have been you, but you called me to an earthly life to live out with my husband.  By the glory of God we have found our way back to each other. I will never leave you again. I say I will never leave you again because I know by your sacred heart you are never leaving me and that is the most secure thought that can ever come across my mind. Jesus you are my everything. The source of my love comes from you.  Jesus, there will come a time when I will walk down the aisle and you will be the man at the end. You will be the man I run to. You will be the man that will catch me in his arms. You will be the man to source my love for eternity. You will be my forever love. My time on earth will be spent with my husband. But Jesus you must know he will not come between us and I will not come between you and him. You will be the best of both of us and that's how I know we will last to death. So my wedding announcement will come from you while I am still here. My death will be the beginning of the most beautiful wedding entrance.  Jesus when I run into your arms and say yes to our eternity together, I want my earthly husband to walk me down the aisle to you. Not in a way of his permission but in a way he knew I waited for our entire earthly lives together for this moment. That moment where I get to stand in front of you and say

“Jesus, I’m Home. ”
